Esquire One Real Estate has partnered with Turner’s & Associates in the development of one of Prince George's Counties Exclusive custom home premiere gated communities, Turner's Trace Estates. FloMarc, Inc. has been contracted to develop the brand and marketing to promote this premiere community. Turner’s Trace will be comprised of eighteen, three (3) to six (6) acre estate lots in Southern Prince George’s County. Each home is custom built adhering to a set of exclusive design guidelines which preserve the character and design quality of this distinctive community. Technologies Used:
